Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NestMap (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Listings & user content

You are solely responsible for the listings, photos, reels, messages and other content you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant NestMap a licence to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

3. Marketplace disclaimer

NestMap is a platform that connects buyers, sellers, renters and dealers. We are not a party to any transaction, do not own or verify the properties listed, and do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, price, or score (including EMI estimates and neighbourhood ratings, which are indicative only). Do your own due diligence and verify documents and ownership before paying any money.

4. Prohibited conduct

No fake, duplicate, fraudulent or misleading listings; no spam, scraping, harassment, or unlawful content; no circumventing fees or impersonating others; no use that violates any law including RERA and local property regulations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

5. Payments

Optional paid features (such as listing boosts) are billed as shown at purchase. Fees are for promotion only and do not guarantee a sale or any specific result.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestMap is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for disputes, transactions or dealings between users. The Service is provided "as is".

7. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at your registered place of business.
