On the map you can also tap "search this area" to draw a radius, and turn on the price heat-map to see which areas are affordable, mid or premium.

Open any listing and message the seller directly inside the free NestMap app. Contact details are kept private until you connect, which keeps sellers safe from spam — and unlike the big portals, your enquiry is never resold to several brokers.

Yes. Posting a property on NestMap is free. Your listing also gets a web page that can rank on Google and can be shared to Facebook and WhatsApp — so one free listing is marketed across multiple channels.

Dealers can verify their identity (RERA id and agency details). Verified sellers and dealers carry a badge, and every listing can be reported or flagged. The goal is simple: no fake listings.

Tap the + button, then add your property in a few quick steps — type, location on the map, price, photos, amenities (including your own custom ones), and possession status. You can also hide the exact price and show "Price on request" instead.

Yes. Every for-sale listing has a built-in EMI calculator so you can estimate your monthly home-loan payment for different loan amounts, interest rates and tenures.

Yes. When posting, turn on "hide price" and your listing shows "Price on request" everywhere — buyers can still message you for the figure.

Sign-up requires a mobile number to cut down on fake accounts, contact details stay private until you choose to connect, and any listing or user can be reported. Always view a property in person and verify documents before paying.
