In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder (including the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the contact details of our Grievance Officer are below. The Grievance Officer addresses complaints about content, listings, privacy and misuse of the platform.

Listings reported by multiple users are automatically hidden pending review. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

How to report

In the app, open any listing and tap Report, or message us on WhatsApp via Profile → Help & support. You can also email the Grievance Officer above. Please include the listing link or a screenshot and a short description.

We are nota party to any transaction, not the seller or broker, and do not own, verify the title of, or guarantee any property. Property details, prices and availability are provided by users and may be inaccurate or out of date.
